In addition to his extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Manfred Moschner is also well versed in many aspects of alternative investments, especially Venture Capital and Private Equity.

Manfred Moschner founded ACS Moschner & Co Ges.m.b.H. in 1989 with the aim to provide independent and qualified M&A advice in Austria. He has always been keeping a close eye on high-technology related corporate finance and investment advice as well as venture capital. Even before, he got in very close touch with the venture capital and other investment activities of "CA 3 Banken Beteiligungsfonds AG".

Since starting his own company, Manfred Moschner has been working in close relation with some of the Top-Venture Capital and Private Equity-companies, especially one of the European top-performing Venture Capitalists of the 1990s. Becoming increasingly unhappy with his role as pure consultant, Manfred Moschner first started as personal investor in the already mentioned top-VC.
With more opportunities to come, a formal structure was initiated end of 1999 with co-investors invited to join.

Manfred Moschner's hobbies and interests focus around his two sons but also include languages, arts, sports (skiing, inline skating) and foreign cultures.

Gertraud Herzog

Gertraud Herzog has an entrepreneurial background - being born and raised in a typical SME "Mittelstand" family company.
After her first professional experience in the travel agency business, she managed the family company, specialised in trading and distribution of technical equipment.

Gertraud Herzog has been an active co-investor with Manfred Moschner since 1998 - and joined ACS VCP at the foundation in the year 2000.

She is married and has one son. Privately she runs "WHE - Wir helfen Euch", a non-profit animal care organisation.
